Pastor Alfonza W. Fullwood

Alfonza W. Fullwood is a native of Bolivia, North Carolina. He is both pastor and professor of preaching. He has served as adjunct professor of Preaching at Shaw University Divinity School and Apex School of Theology. Classes taught were numerous including Homiletics, Theology, Hermeneutics, Bible, Forms of Worship, African American Religion, Religions in America and Ministerial Ethics. He currently serves as adjunct professor of Preaching at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has led preaching Clinics and seminars across the state of North Carolina and abroad. To be sure, Fullwood shaped and continues to influence the minds of hundreds of preachers with challenging biblical and theological perspectives relative to the preaching task. With thirty years of pastoral ministry, he currently serves the Riley Hill Baptist Church.

The Riley Hill Baptist Church is committed to reaching out to ” the whosoever’s” of our community with the message of love and acceptance by enlisting, training and equipping individuals to participate in Evangelism, Discipleship, Ministry Outreach, Fellowship and Worship.

VISION STATEMENT

The Riley Hill Baptist Church-building a community through growing a church that offers a non-judgmental and non-critical message of compassionate love.  We seek to provide a ministry that reaches out to everyone regardless of race, color, gender, age, marital status, religious belief, disability or sin, without compromising the Word of God through Jesus Christ the Lord and the sustaining power of the Holy Ghost.
